TEMPLE of INFINITY
I have often experienced sublime visitations of ethereal perfumes that float around me for a brief time, and then gently drift away. No matter how hard I try to hold onto them, to identify their ingredients, or recall their scent profiles, I am yet to recognise any of the unearthly ingredients within the spectrum of bliss that they impart.
They are hauntingly beautiful celestial scents; perfumes of the spheres. They light the way along my winding path of perfumery. They are the nectarsongs that I will always chase, and seek to (re)create. I am compelled to re-imagine them through earthly expressions. It is my Holy Grail. I whole-heartedly believe that our extraordinary gift of human imagination is a Temple of Infinity; the bridge between heaven and earth. ~TR ©2024
